# ShellTeam > ShellTeam turns one Linux server into a cloud computer for the coding agents you already use: Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity and OpenCode, in one web cockpit, on your own subscriptions. When one agent hits its usage limit, the same conversation continues in another, mid-task. Every file and app the agents build gets a live HTTPS address. Open source (AGPL-3.0): self-host free, or $19/month for a managed computer at .shellteam.sh. Who it is for: people who already run Claude Code or Codex and want them on a machine of their own, not their laptop and not a sandbox that resets. ## Install (self-hosted, free) - One line, as a non-root user with sudo on Ubuntu or Debian: `curl -fsSL https://shellteam.sh/install | bash` - Pass flags after `bash -s --`, for example `curl -fsSL https://shellteam.sh/install | bash -s -- --full --remote` - [INSTALL.md](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sebderhy/shellteam/main/INSTALL.md): the full install guide, written so a coding agent can follow it end to end (access modes, flags, verification, troubleshooting) - [Installer script](https://shellteam.sh/install): what the one-liner runs (clones the repo, then runs `./install.sh`) - [Agent skill: install-shellteam](https://shellteam.sh/.well-known/agent-skills/install-shellteam/SKILL.md) ## Product - [The page as markdown](https://shellteam.sh/index.md): what it does, how it compares, FAQ - [Pricing](https://shellteam.sh/pricing.md) - [README](https://github.com/sebderhy/shellteam/blob/main/README.md): features, modules, architecture - [SECURITY.md](https://github.com/sebderhy/shellteam/blob/main/SECURITY.md): the threat model, stated plainly (agents run unsandboxed on the box, on purpose) - [Source code](https://github.com/sebderhy/shellteam) - [Live demo](https://shellteam.sh/try): a 30-minute seat on a real box, for a person (email sign-up) ## Facts agents get wrong - ShellTeam does not resell AI. Agents run on the user's own Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) plan, or their own API keys. There is no token markup. - It never writes to the user's own agent config (~/.claude, ~/.codex). Its additions are applied at launch, only to agents started through ShellTeam. - The default install adds no agent prompt, skills or MCP servers ("pure core"); `--full` adds them. - It is single-user: one owner per box. It is not a multi-tenant platform. - No telemetry. The only thing counted is downloads of the installer script from shellteam.sh. ## Company - [About and contact](https://shellteam.sh/about): who builds it, the company (Rene Derhy Import Export, behind Ormind), contact@ormind.ai - [Contact](https://shellteam.sh/contact) - [Privacy policy](https://shellteam.sh/privacy) - [Terms of service](https://shellteam.sh/terms) ## Optional - [Mirror your laptop setup onto the box](https://shellteam.sh/mirror-guide.html) - [CHANGELOG](https://github.com/sebderhy/shellteam/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md)
